不滿分手　小三教唆人棒打姦夫

【林錫淵／高雄報導】一名已婚高姓男子（48歲）今年7月間與一名女子發生婚外情，兩人交往後上月鬧分手，但小三心有不甘，不願分手，揚言要讓情夫難看且不好過。

元旦當天，2名戴安全帽、口罩男子埋伏在情夫住家外，高男與妻子出門時，2男持鋁棒毆打高男，高男頭部及手腳遭打傷，手上戴的勞力士手錶也砸毀，所幸傷勢不重，高姓夫妻齊力反抗，與2惡煞扭打，鄰居見狀報案，行兇打人的其中一人簡姓男子（40歲，毒品、竊盜、槍砲前科），當場被高男制伏在地，另名綽號「鯊魚」的同夥逃逸。

警方趕到逮捕簡男，簡辯稱是相挺朋友才打人，不知毆打對方的真正原因；高男表示，平日沒有與人結怨，懷疑是小三教唆這2人行兇，警方已鎖定「鯊魚」及小三調查，全案依傷害、毀損罪先將簡男送辦。
