林克穎引渡案　法官認定台灣領地地位

酒駕撞死台灣送報生潛逃英國的林克穎引渡庭，英國時間9日上午10時在愛丁堡地方法院進行第2天審理，庭審法官認定台灣的「領地」地位，不過未作出最後判決。

2013年10月17日蘇格蘭警方根據英國與台灣簽署的「關於林克穎引渡備忘錄」，逮捕林克穎。8日首次開庭，林克穎聘請的辯護律師質疑台灣法理地位，甚至當庭否認台灣的「領地」（Territory）地位。不過，9日的第二次開庭，庭審法官馬凱弗（Kenneth Maciver）認定台灣的「領地」地位。

9日庭審法官並未作出最後判決，29日再繼續審理，討論林克穎在台灣受審時是否符合歐洲人權公約第6條必須給予被告公平審判的規定，30與31日兩天由辯護律師備妥相關證據，2月份再安排專家證人。預估引渡林克穎回台恐怕還需要耗時多月，甚至一年時間。
