請中華電信來重新接線並更換新數據機，ＩＰ就會跟之前完全不同嗎？
還是有什麼更簡單的方法能讓ＩＰ變的完全不一樣
因為我並不知道ＩＰ是怎麼去判別的
但雖然是浮動ＩＰ，開頭的數字好像都會是一樣
例如：57.123.222.111
57.123.111.222

因為我的ＩＰ好像被某駭客封鎖起來，沒辦法正常連線到遊戲上
我的是浮動ＩＰ，正常來講是不可能能封鎖的因為無法預測
所以想要請中華電信來家裡重新接線加更換數據機
請問這樣子有辦法將ＩＰ完全更換掉嗎
或是有更簡單的方式？例如直接打給中華客服請他重新設定之類的。
請各位有相關經驗或是懂網路的大大解答！小弟萬分謝謝！
