張德正家屬發表聲明

張德正家屬及律師，今天晚上發表了2點聲明，表示警方在案發當天晚間10點鐘，對張德正所製作筆錄的正當性，質疑是在張德正意識不清的情況下所製作，家屬及律師同表譴責警方的辦案手法。
 
家屬認為媒體報導，有關張德正婚姻狀況、前科資料等，均涉及個人隱私，甚至有許多未經查證、與事實不符，家屬無法逐一辯駁，日後將追究相關人員法律責任。（簡銘柱／台北報導）
