陳巧明交保駁回　牢裡過年

因涉及高中生詹淳寓虐死案被起訴後羈押在彰化看守所的日月明功負責人陳巧明，日前透過律師向彰化地方法院提出交保請求，希望能返家過年，但已被院方以有逃亡之虞駁回。
 
涉及混油案羈押在彰化看守所的大統長基公司董事長高振利，全案在檢方上訴後，將移往台中高分院審理，高振利也將隨案移往台中看守所，因此陳巧明、高振利確定今年農曆春節假期都要在看守所中度過，不能回家過年。（孫英哲／彰化報導）
