1名藍姓計程車司機去年10月12日晚上載客收到偽鈔，心有不甘卻未報警，隔天載到1名英國籍乘客，對方拿出千元鈔，藍男趁機拿出偽鈔調包，誆他拿假鈔付錢，英籍乘客只好拿另1張千元鈔給他，事後報警，警循線逮捕。法官發現他早有先例，故技重施，依詐欺取財罪判他拘役20日。

今日出版的《聯合報》報導，英籍乘客報案指出，他付車資的千元大鈔是從ATM領取，不解為何變成偽鈔。藍姓司機到案後辯稱，不知情的情況下收到偽鈔，不甘損失才會趁機掉包，企圖以精神疾病脫罪。法官審理發現，藍姓司機2年前也因為收到偽鈔，用同樣手法要騙下一個乘客，但未得逞，當時不起訴，故技重施惡性較重，依詐欺取財罪判處拘役20日，得易科罰金2萬元。（陳亮諭／綜合報導）
