丟彈要懲罰　和升官是兩碼事

辦案時在在國道東山休息站遺失手槍彈匣和12顆子彈的屏東縣警察局刑事偵查大隊偵查員石家宏（42歲），不但沒受罰，明天還將調里港偵查隊代理副隊長，引起基層警員議論。

石員今天請假，不知其說法；對此屏東縣偵查大隊長林英仁表示，石員辦案過程雖有疏失，但破案有功，瑕不掩瑜，決予記申誡，略施薄懲，但不影響調職。（洪振生／屏東報導）
