【公庫】欠薪欠過年 永達高鳳教師北上教部陳情

【公庫記者陳家豐／台北報導】去年屏東縣永達技術學院與高鳳數位內容學院傳出校方積欠教職員薪資事件至今未解。21日上午，高教工會協同兩校教師北上教育部抗議，要求教育部代位償還教職員被學校積欠的薪資，保障教職員工作權與學生受教權，並聲請教育部接管兩校董事會，改善高教整體生師比。另外，也訴求教育部針對去年九月對永達教師作出的三項承諾──一個月內還減欠薪、三個月內聲請解散董事會、過程資訊公開透明──全數跳票，提出說明。（完整影音報導）（公庫臉書粉絲頁）

高教工會指出，教育部承諾的三大訴求全數跳票，永達教師遭校方欠薪高達一億多元(目前僅償還約三千萬)，而董事會也未提出進一步的還款計劃。教育部日前承諾成立專案小組輔導至今毫無結果，校方董事長一職難產，更透過校務會議裁併六個科系，逼退了教師，亦影響學生受教權。
