因為收到簡訊，週三那天與友人一同去單元二的『遠雄二代宅』了解一下行情
因為遠雄一品牌，大概有價位頗高的心裡準備

也鑒於去年分別在南區、烏日買了兩戶預售，對近期代銷的操作還不算太陌生
只不過此次遠雄的看屋行程，倒推翻我既有經驗...

總之當天(2/19)又凍又下雨，臨時搭建的接待中心卻滿、滿、的、人
小姐為我們說明“遊戲規則”時真讓我們傻眼加上笑出來(簡述如下)...

2/22(六) 早上9:00 開放預約
預約方法: 攜帶支票(作為訂金)、一戶20萬、日期壓三月底
往後付款方式 70%貸款/30%自備

至於我要買的價錢則是未知
需等3月底建照下來，每坪價格才會出來
支票先給就對囉~

到底是我之前接觸的建商不夠強大，還是現在賣方市場已經達到此種程度了呢??
