台東前天晚間9時許發生一起死亡車禍，警方獲報到場，發現1名男子陳屍在台11線富岡段北上方向，警方查出死者是55歲張姓男子，前一天下午才出獄，沒想到才呼吸了1天自由的空氣卻被撞死。

警方調閱監視器，發現行經該地的陳姓駕駛（50歲）涉有重嫌，且車輛也剛送修，因此立即報請檢察官偵辦外，同時扣押肇事車輛進行採證，果然在破裂的前擋風玻璃採到死者毛髮。

檢警調查，陳男撞死人後，還坐上計程車回市區續攤，重返現場看到大批警力調查車禍，卻只在車上默不作聲；訊後依過失殺人罪嫌法辦。（劉人瑋、汪智博／台東報導）
