網速非常不穩定而且很詭異，求救

目前是大學生外宿

現在房東提供的網路有點詭異

打遊戲的時候一直爆PING= =

但是我測試網速的時候又都是算正常的值3.xxM/2.xxM

我看他們的分享器數據機也都是全新的，應該不是機器的問題啊

然後在半夜而且整棟樓的同學都回去的差不多，網速也是會忽快忽慢的= =

應該也不是有人占太多網速

補充一下我在家裡的網路都很正常，應該也不是電腦中毒什麼的吧

跪求各位神人大大幫我解惑一下QQ
