印度太陽能發電成本降至新低

彭博資訊報導，印度太陽能發電成本已降到歷來新低，接近採用煤炭的價位，因太陽能板價格持續滑落，且發電許可的競爭加劇。

印度政府21日標售750百萬瓦（megawatt）清潔能源發電許可，方式是發電成本最低者得，除半數獲准使用進口設備外，也首次提供發電計畫成本補助，引來三倍於拍賣瓦數的投標者。

Bridge to India能源公司市場情報部主管庫拉納（Jasmeet Khurana）說，從政府規模187.5億盧比（3.02億美元）基金中贏得補貼的得標者，提供的太陽能發電電價平均每百萬瓦小時（megawatt-hour）只有6,500盧比，比兩年前全國招標的結果降低25%。

印度計劃在2017年前使太陽能發電量提高六倍，以減少停電問題發生，且已吸引到117億美元的投資。據PV Insights公司，矽太陽能電池模板平均價格從去年6月來已跌逾7%，有助於太陽能與燃煤或天然氣電廠競爭。
