忘繫狗鏈！老翁遭狗撞死　飼主依過失致死送辦

新北市淡水區22日中午發生一起肇逃事件，而凶手竟是一隻名為Lucky的狗狗，因她撞上一位年約88歲的老先生，造成老先生摔倒在地、頭破血流，被附近居民發現後緊急報警送醫，但仍宣告不治，而Lucky毫不知情，還四處亂逛，警方根據監視器找到飼主，將飼主依過失致死罪嫌送辦。

據報導，案發當時老先生正要走出社區大門，卻突然被撞倒在地，而撞他的就是一隻高70公分、長約100公分、重30公斤的黃色大狗，老先生摔倒、頭部著地，血流不止，被附近鄰居發現後，趕緊打電話叫救護車送醫，但晚間10時仍不幸死亡。

警方調閱監視器畫面追查，發現嫌犯是這隻黃色大狗，並循線找到飼主，飼主才知道Lucky闖出大禍。飼主表示，4個多月前Lucky跑到店裡來，由於牠個性溫馴，就把牠收養在店內，當天忘了繫上狗鏈才發生意外，對老先生家屬感到抱歉，但還是被依過失致死罪送辦。
