關於你的論點, 我跟我老婆好幾年前就討論過了
我們覺得, 房子大概是唯一可能有機會會越來越貴的二手產品..

車子, 一落土, 只會越來越便宜,

但是房子不會,, 只要買的時機對, Hold 的住,, 就會像版主說的那樣...

當初大家都是有大概差不多的錢.. 假設2百萬...

你去買車子, 這些錢只會越來越少,, 2百萬變20萬..

你朋友去買房子,, 他的錢就越來越多...2百萬變2千萬...

一加一減, 你們的差距就會變得很大..

所以我跟我老婆完全不重視車子這個東西..
車子就是一個交通工具, 把你從 A點 送到 B點 的工具..
我覺得只要不是破爛到會危險的車子就好..

至於要多多多高級的車子,,, 那就等你有相對身家的時候再來考慮吧...

想想你朋友,, 他賣到房子所賺的錢, 要買一台全新的你的車子應該是很簡單的事情吧!!

而你的車子現在只值20萬, 你還要掏出這10年自己的薪水所存的錢才夠...

一來一回, 真的差很大...
