鄰居不合千萬不要動手動腳，桃園一名石姓男子長期跟鄰居相處不睦，結果兩人在樓梯間碰到，一言不合打了起來，石姓男子體重將近100公斤，一個屁股跨坐在對方身上，讓對方無法還手，鄰居控告石姓男子傷害妨害自由。

根據今日出版《聯合報》報導，這名石姓男子當時是憑藉著體格優勢，抓住鄰居的雙手還以手肘勒住對方脖子，導致鄰居掙脫不開，一直到警方到場才拉開來，檢察官偵辦時，石姓男子表示是雙方打架，他擔心陳姓男子攻擊，才會壓住對方，他強調時間不到5分鐘，不過檢察官根據當天到場的員警以及目擊證人的證詞，都發現石姓男子說謊，壓制時間至少20分鐘以上，承辦檢察官首次碰到這種「體重欺負人」案件，將追究妨害自由跟傷害刑責。（陳詩璧／綜合報導）
