標題[請益] 14天只領到9365元!?

各位先進好，先說明一下標題 本人於今年 3/2(一) 開始上班，是高雄某儀電工程行(員工數12)，月薪２８Ｋ 周休二日，期間從未請假，至 4/15(一)提出離職(當天繳完證件制服即回家)。 當天會計小姐只說下月五號才領得到薪水，結果金額卻只有９３６５元!!! 請問，該如何處理？ ［整理］1.四月份有清明連假，故實際上班天數８天(但我薪水不是算天數的) 2.全勤是額外再加1000元，故本薪沒被扣 　　　　3.勞保投保金額只有最低18780 (至客戶端上公安課才發現我的投保明細單 　　　　4.三月份薪水30573，加班12小時，沒給全勤因為是3/2(一)到職 　　　　 　　　 5.上班時間 8:00~17:30 ，每天至少被凹半小時～一小時(18:00後才能報加班 　 6.勞力密集性工作(搬重)危險(爬高)，工作地點楠梓中油煉油廠 還未跟前公司反應，想直接於勞工局申訴，請問這樣妥當嗎？謝謝指教。 　 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 114.27.132.82
