標題[問題] 需不需要預繳是門市說了算?

我已經是中華貴賓客戶(12年了) 也撥了800跟客服確定我有免預繳資格 但是我這幾天去中華神腦特約門市 跟他說我要續約辦New One 他卻跟我說我要預繳 請問這是甚麼狀況 我有甚麼做法可以做嗎? --
