濫用責任制，電腦公司遭罰

台北市勞工局調查，今年勞工申訴案件，以雇主積欠薪資及濫用責任制未給員工加班費為主，其中台北市一家電腦製造商未依規定給付勞工延長工時工資，已違反勞基法，北市勞動局決定開罰，雇主恐遭罰30萬元。
