水箱水多久要更換呢?有什麼異狀代表就是要更換了嗎?

我是06年1.8 Lancer開了7年4.6萬公里,幾乎都是假日才開,且都是在市區.只有過年回家最多新竹-高雄這樣的距離.最近打電話回原廠問維修記錄,說沒有換過水箱水.後來在外面的保養廠,我看維修記錄也沒換過.
所以才想說,大概多久要換呢? 還是會有什麼異常呢?
