DNA比對出12年前性侵　慣竊判11年

有多項竊盜前科的王姓慣犯12年前闖空門時，見女屋主獨自在家，竟起色念，性侵被害人的同時，還在被害人手臂上狠咬1口，留下口水DNA，但警方苦無比對資料，始終沒能找到嫌犯。

直到王嫌前年另案假釋出獄後，又連續犯下2件竊盜案，檢警在犯案現場找到王留下擦拭過的衛生紙，經比對DNA和先前闖空門性侵案相符，才將王逮捕到案。

高院今天依性侵等罪，判王有期徒刑11年，另外竊盜部分判刑5月，得易科罰金，竊盜部分定讞。
