聯電配息0.4元 韓設辦公室

晶圓代工廠聯電今天召開股東常會，通過去年度盈餘分配案，每股配發新台幣0.4元現金股息。

聯電今天同時宣布，成立韓國業務辦公室，搶攻韓國市場。

聯電負責亞洲銷售業務的副總經理王國雍表示，韓國長期來一直是全球電子業重鎮，隨著科技產品行動化發展，對省電、可攜性及效能需求與日俱增，韓國廠商在全球晶片供應鏈不可或缺。

王國雍說，聯電在韓國設立辦公室，希望能就近為當地客戶提供服務，協助客戶縮短產品上市時程。

在製程技術發展方面，聯電表示，經評估20奈米製程將不會是主流製程技術，因此決定於28奈米製程技術後，將直接切入14奈米製程技術發展。
