鴻森退出的相關問題

上個禮拜三，我的一個不太熟的高中同學，約我出去喝茶，結果她的上線，藉由哈啦，謊騙之際下 我進入鴻森這個企業 健保卡 身分證的影本都在他們手上。

不到一個禮拜 我想退出 她們卻說資料已經送去公司 無法拿回來。

那我也不甘示弱 我說 既然我的個資在你那裏 拿不回來 那我就去申訴你

我可以打電話去公平交易委員會。然而 他也退一步 ，說 如果威寶專員打給妳

妳就說不要就好了。那東西也就不會下來了

問題：東西(門號 sim卡真的不會下來嗎)?

那會不會有違約金的問題?

那我的個人資料 會不會外洩?
