快訊　言語歧視台東人　女檢遭懲休職1年

桃園地檢署女檢察官劉仲慧去年在台東地檢署任職時，當庭辱罵、譏諷張姓書記官：「你們台東人說謊臉色都不會變啊！」等語。

劉另外還辱罵、威嚇、諷刺被告、告訴人、證人及被害人，甚至指導被告否認犯罪。劉仲慧日前遭監察院彈劾後，職務法庭今決議將她懲戒休職1年。
