打擊肥胖海報　胖小孩卻是修來的

加州健康單位推出的打擊肥胖廣告，反成為民眾打擊目標。
 
海報上胖嘟嘟的女孩，喝著含糖飲料，上方標題寫著少糖不代表真的少糖，下方寫著果汁，運動飲料和汽水等含糖飲料會導致肥胖，請讓孩子喝牛奶或水，然而海報上的女孩，卻是經過後製修圖，小女孩本人可是一點也不胖，民眾覺得這樣也太誇張。
 
雖然當局表示修圖是為了更有效果，以嚇阻家長不要再餵養孩童過多的糖分，不過民眾認為這樣的廣告，有歧視胖子的嫌疑，而且讓胖子對自己的體重感到羞愧，並不會有效改善肥胖問題，只會造成他們更自卑，廣告應該打擊的是肥胖問題，而不是肥胖的人。
