兩岸互設辦事處　蔡英文：不能設政治前提

民進黨前主席蔡英文，今天發表對兩岸互設辦事處的看法，她主張，推動兩岸互設辦事處，不能附加任何政治前提、傷害國家主權，馬政府必須公開宣示並保證，不會以任何私下承諾、附和中國所稱的「一個中國原則」。
 
蔡英文強調，兩岸關係極為特殊，雙方互設辦事處，是重大國家議題，不能再以「事務性問題」欺瞞人民，矇混過關，既然馬英九已公開宣稱，互設辦事處就是政治議題的談判，就必須重視台灣人民對兩岸政治談判高度敏感和關切，進而將兩岸談判的過程更透明化，也必須充分且完整地接受國會的監督。
