狐臭困擾 原來多為遺傳所致

（健康醫療網／林宜慧報導）天氣炎熱，加上台灣潮濕的環境，導致更容易流汗，尤其若為有狐臭的天生體質，恐因無法消除了異味感到困擾不已；彰化基督教醫院重建整形暨手外科主治醫師何格彰指出，狐臭其實多為遺傳有關，若父母其中一人有狐臭，子女的機率約為一半，若是父母雙方皆有狐臭問題，則子女則高達約80%有狐臭的機率。

誘發狐臭，主要是因頂漿腺的特殊腺體分泌旺盛，分泌液本身無味，但因腋下皮膚表面的細菌分解，導致產生異味；何格彰說，狐臭不是疾病，若已造成生活困擾，其實可接受保守療法或手術治療等方式，舒緩症狀。

醫師何格彰進一步說明，所謂保守療法，就是像盡量穿著舒適透氣的上衣、少吃炸物等刺激性的食物，或是透過局部皮下肉毒桿菌注射，控制汗水分泌，若為手術治療，則包括傳統頂漿腺切除手術、皮下汗腺抽吸法等方式。

狐臭又以青春期最為活躍，且女性比男性的發生率較高，主要是因經期前後的週期性變化所造成；何格彰提醒，有狐臭困擾時，應盡快就醫治療，避免過度使用止汗劑，否則恐因阻塞毛細孔，使症狀加劇。
