7.4全美串聯反監控 法國也爆秘密情蒐人民

7月4日美國國慶日、各地爆發抗議潮！全美1萬民眾走上街頭，謀智(Mozilla)等知名網站也串聯示威，要求美國政府別再非法監控人民。

CNN和路透社報導，示威者不滿當局違背憲法第四修正案保障人民不受無理搜索和拘捕的權利，擅自監視民眾網路通訊活動，呼籲「重振第四修正案」(Restore the Fourth)。街頭民眾抗議，謀智、Reddit等網站也力挺聲援；Boing Boing更在網站首頁嗆聲國安局，寫道「7月4日快樂！立刻停止違憲情蒐活動，別再監控全球網民」(見附圖)。

美國前中央情報局(CIA)局長Michael Hayden曾替稜鏡計畫辯護說，天下烏鴉一般黑。果不其然，法國世界報(Le Monde)踢爆，法國早就有樣學樣，秘密攔截人民的網路和通聯資料。

美聯社報導，德國內政部長Hans-Peter Friedrich 3日表示，網民若擔心資料遭美國情治單位監控，應該停止使用谷歌、臉書等美國企業網站。
