【張哲鳴／綜合報導】章子怡在微博貼出戴帽子就醫，並且插針吊點滴的照片，雖然身體貧弱，但她腦子不忘研究表演。她說想起當時半年內連看了7次《活著》，昨天再看了一次話劇版，依然被感動，還因而有感而發寫了一段感觸，就是沒提身體狀況。
