上面幾位的資訊都是有問題的
只有讀完大一上下學期的只能參加升大二上學期讀起的轉學考
只有讀完大一上下學期和大二上學期的只能參加升大二上學期或下學期讀起的轉學考
同理讀完大三或大四的當然可以參加大二讀起的轉學考，從大二讀起的轉學考是沒有相關科系的限制

而要參加升大三上學期讀起的，要讀完大一和大二上下學期，而且還要你原就讀科系和轉學考的報考科系是相關科系的才可以考。
如果不是相關科系的話，一律只能考升大二讀起的轉學考
所以你想從大三讀的，那你轉學考只能報和你原就讀科系是相關的科系才可以，不然就只能考從大二讀起的

同等學力是你沒有取得畢業證書，你都要廖加轉學考就代表你要讀下去，不懂你問同等學力的意思
