兆豐金控（2886）孫公司兆豐期貨今天下午董事長異動，由兆豐證券總經理張銘杰兼任，原任兆豐期貨董事長陳忠憲轉任顧問。

兆豐期貨董事也一併改派，由兆豐證經理人出任，相關董事改派與董事長異動，即日起生效。
