第2季半導體產業 IC設計最好

工研院今天(15日)發布2013年第2季台灣整體IC產業產值達新台幣4,800億元，較第1季大幅成長16.8%。其中，IC設計業受惠於中國大陸低價智慧手持裝置與消費性電子產品需求暢旺帶動，較上季上升20.2%，表現最佳。

工研院指出，雖然全球PC及NB市場出貨量持續衰退，但由於全球低價智慧型手機、平板電腦等產品熱銷，加上中國大陸暑假提前拉貨效應，帶動台灣智慧手持裝置晶片業者的營收成長，因此第2季IC設計業產值為新台幣1,216億元，較上季上升20.2%。

在整體IC製造業部分，第2季依舊受到行動通訊裝置強勁需求的激勵，如應用處理器、基頻晶片、WiFi與行動用記憶體的需求大爆發，產值較上季成長16.7%，為新台幣2,538億元。其中，不論是晶圓代工或記憶體製造，都有2位數的大幅成長。

在整體IC封測產業部分，由於通訊晶片客戶訂單回籠，帶動第2季整體表現；加上上游晶圓代工營收強勁反彈，支撐封測廠的接單。另外，新台幣對美元走貶，使得封測業者接單能力增強；國際金價走跌，也有利於金線打線機台材料成本下降，提升業者毛利率。因此第2季IC封裝產值為724億新台幣，較上季成長14.0%。至於IC測試業，產值為322億新台幣，較上季成長12.2%。
