不好意思，用手機寫的，排版如果不順請見諒。

前陣子有在看房子，看不到2個月就決定租房子買家俱了。看來看去房仲開的價錢我都覺得不值得，三重堤防旁30年有電梯的24坪開880萬，說真的，我真買不下去。
房仲一直說⋯這裡行情如何如何！我只想說，買賣不就是一個願打一個願挨，我告訴你我能付的錢，屋主不賣就算了。加上現在孩子少，我和我女朋友2個家庭就5個小孩，但是有6間房，還多一間嘞！所以我想一想還是先租就好，房子漲到天上也不干我事！現在租金12000，租到死也花不到這麼多錢，生活又快樂，人一生也才一次，活的快樂點不是很好？
