宣明智親子訴訟案 律師：已掌握相關證據

聯電榮譽副董事長「宣明智」和名媛「李珍妮」的親子訴訟案，今天下午在台北地院家事法庭開庭，宣明智認為李珍妮的8歲女兒不是他的骨肉，向家事法庭提起「確認親子關係不存在」訴訟，今天宣明智和李珍妮都沒有出庭，宣明智委由律師代表出庭，而李珍妮則沒有委任律師。

庭後「宣明智」的律師不願多談，只表示，宣明智提出「確認親子關係不存在」告訴，是因為已經掌握相關證據，但他不希望此事被過度渲染，以免對李珍妮的8歲女兒造成不良影響。
