江宜樺：嚴懲違法黑心業者

（中央社記者謝佳珍台北15日電）行政院長江宜樺今天表示，嚴正譴責違法黑心業者以偽禁藥賣給石斑魚業者，及印刷廠使用甲苯擦拭餐盒，請相關機關嚴加查辦。

江宜樺上午在行政院會指出，行政院副院長毛治國昨天已召集跨部會專案小組會議，對於石斑魚使用動物用偽禁藥，農委會、法務部已有具體查辦結果。

江宜樺指出，衛生福利部也已啟動專案監測，對於甲苯污染餐盒，衛生福利部及地方政府已依新修正食品衛生管理法，命令業者暫停作業、停止販售並加重罰鍰，並持續溯源查辦，確保有問題的水產品、違規容器都要回收、銷毀。

他要求相關機關及地方政府確實依照歷次食品安全會議決議事項儘速處理，並依法嚴懲黑心違法業者，給民眾食品安全無虞的健康環境。

江宜樺說，違法黑心業者以動物用偽禁藥賣給高屏地區不知情的石斑魚養殖業者，獲取暴利，以及印刷廠使用有毒甲苯擦拭餐盒髒污，置國民健康及國家商譽於不顧，應予以嚴正譴責，請相關機關嚴加查辦。1020815
