馬總統與各國元首 互吐苦水

總統馬英九今天參加友邦巴拉圭總統就職典禮，座位被安排在首排元首區，與智利總統皮涅拉、秘魯總統胡瑪拉、巴西女總統蘿賽芙、烏拉圭總統穆西亞、阿根廷女總統費南德茲、西班牙王儲菲利佩等人坐在同一區。

據了解，馬總統與各國元首有不少互動，交談聚焦在當前國際經濟情勢險峻，也談到現在民主國家的元首「真的很難當」，得面對不少民意的挑戰。

談話中各國元首還說到自己國家的失業率，阿根廷和西班牙的失業率分別高達25％和11％，兩國元首、王儲叫苦連天；智利總統驕傲的說他們失業率只有6％，算是「充分就業」。但當馬總統提到台灣失業率是4.11％，各國元首都投以「羨慕的眼光」。
