李聖傑下通牒 限時驗DNA

李聖傑15日再度請律師湯偉發聲明，向自稱為他未婚生子的蔡昕璇發出最後通牒，要求她16日下午５點前正式回應，是否願配合他提出的日期驗小孩DNA，「若無，更可證明蔡小姐根本不敢再驗DNA。」蔡昨未接電話，無法取得回應。

湯偉表示，已向法院提出確認親子關係不存在訴訟，若蔡女不願配合驗DNA，接下來還會對她提出妨礙名譽等刑事訴訟。

李６日開記者會，驚爆「孩子不是我的」，隔天秀出自行送驗的兩份DNA報告，欲證明蔡女之子非和他所生，並帶記者到高雄榮總，要和小孩再做一次親子鑑定，但蔡女一再以小孩生命安全考量為由推託。

接著他在８、11、15日發聲明向蔡女施壓，要求她讓小孩驗DNA，以及她開口要求的1200萬實為封口費而非小孩養育費，10天內兩場記者會、３度聲明，動作頻頻被認為浪費社會資源，但據悉他不斷出招的原因，是很有把握小孩不是他的，急欲證明自己的「清白」。
