ipad沒辦法連線啦 緊急~~

我老媽前幾天去辦WIFI中華電信的

然後他跟我說是甚麼333吃到飽的

可是回到家後卻不能上網

我帳密都申請好了

反而要到附近的7-11才能上網
在7-11點wifi它會出現很多可用的網路給選擇

可是到家裡之後

根本就沒辦法連線

而且點網路(WIFI)
他甚麼都沒出現
就只出現一個(其他)這樣的一個東西

請問那到底要怎麼連線

還有
333吃到飽
只有限定首機可以使用嗎
還是ipad也可以使用
