柯建銘嗆馬明年不該再提名監委

 【顏振凱／台北報導】監察院長王建煊指監察院可關掉，監委今聯合聲明嗆王，民進黨立法院黨團總召柯建銘表示，王建煊說的都是實情，廢掉監察院民調也會很高，因為監察院已經亂無章法，但王不要虛假說說，「該馬上辭掉院長職務，才是說話算話。」

柯建銘更轟，馬英九總統造成今天監院狀況，該對此負全責，並嗆馬在明年本屆監委任期到期後，就不該再提名監委。

柯建銘也重申，立法院可以處理的部分是，９月開議審總預算，「我們就比照凍省，刪掉監院業務費用跟人事費用，只有最低維持費用，等於廢掉。」因為修憲是不可能的事，且還要通過公民複決。
