奢侈稅19日修法座談　地區課稅有雜音

財政部19日將舉行「奢侈稅」上路以來首場檢討座談會，目前朝野各有兩個修法版本。購買本國業者所生產的遊艇可望免稅，高價車和高級精品應會續徵，座談將聚焦房地產。

這場座談會將邀請立委、不動產仲介和開發業公會代表、消基會、稅改團體參加；內政部、經建會也會派官員出席。

財政部長張盛和表示，奢侈稅將「只修不廢」，財政部不預設立場，除了聽取各界意見，也會考量國家財政，再提修法版本。

座談會料將聚焦交房地產，改以特定地區課稅的主張有雜音。
