新北推簡易都更　下月1日上路

【林媛玲╱新北報導】新北市超過三十年的老舊建物逾四十二萬戶，整合重建難度高，新北市昨提出「簡易都更」制度，下月起，基地面積達一千平方公尺（約三百零二坪），經所有住戶同意就可申請，明年起更放寬至五百平方公尺（約一百五十一坪），簡化的申請流程，估計把現行都更費時三年的法定申請程序，縮短至兩個月。
