范佐憲瘋狂顫抖　何江忠癱坐椅上　洪家：肯定桃園地院

桃園地院於今(23)日晚間6時40分宣布何江忠、徐信正、范佐憲當庭羈押，3人於法官宣判收押裁定時表情憔悴，3人妻子也難過落淚，何江忠妻更是崩潰大哭。而首度全程參與的洪姊與洪父洪母，洪母於庭中更是數度崩潰痛哭。

桃園地方法院於23日上午首度開庭審理洪仲丘案，晚間6時40分終於宣布判決，法官考慮范佐憲、何江忠、徐信正等3人有滅證、串證、偽造之虞，決定將他們全部羈押。

而當法院宣判何江忠、徐信正、范佐憲等3人皆羈押的同時，范佐憲身體不斷顫抖、眼神空洞無助，何江忠更是當場癱坐在椅子上，徐信正則是面無表情，三人妻子皆瞬間情緒崩潰、痛哭失聲。

至於宣判結果對於洪家人的感受，洪家人表示法官願意傾聽、詢問被告釐清案情等過程，這是在軍院、軍檢從來看不到的，洪家人也肯定桃園地院的努力，但表示已經不會把件事看得太重。

今日開庭為洪姊、洪父洪母3人首度參與羈押庭，洪母於開庭過程中，更是數次崩潰大哭。
