「上頭有交代」！　污點證人爆范佐憲硬關洪仲丘

桃園地方法院在今（23）日首度開庭審理洪仲丘案，對於相關案情目前已轉為污點證人的憲兵官郭毓龍當庭表示，是范佐憲「硬要關」洪仲丘，而何江忠則強調自己是因「基於部屬的信任」沒有細看就審核通過，坦承有疏失。

由於相關禁閉收送程序都必須經由郭毓龍核可，因此就洪仲丘案而言可謂重要關鍵人物；郭毓龍在轉為污點證人後在今日庭訊時表示，范佐憲曾打電話告訴他6月28日會送洪仲丘進禁閉室，但被郭毓龍以資料欠缺及不符程序拒絕。不過范佐憲強調「上頭有交代」，表示一定要關洪仲丘。

而范佐憲本人在今天庭訊期間情緒原本非常穩定，但在洪家律師連續逼問要求法官羈押後，情緒才開始變得激動；而對於關洪仲丘禁閉的相關關鍵問題，范佐憲也多以「不知情」帶過。
