警消宣導「防災社區」　教民眾如何自救

【邱中岳／新北報導】求人不如求己！新北市消防局第五大隊為了提升民眾的「防災意識」，今天下午在土城大三園社區舉辦標竿演練，指導民眾依火災、颱風等災害不同的情境，進行狀況判斷，採取有效自衛消防活動或防災行動。
 
新北市消防局第五大隊表示，「防災社區」不僅是要建構一個當災害發生時能迅速應變的社區，並且希望透過民眾的動員、防救災學習與訓練，強化社區整體的防救災能力。
