俄：攻敘形同挑戰聯合國憲章

（法新社莫斯科29日電） 俄羅斯外交部今天表示，外界要求軍事干預敘利亞，形同「公然挑戰」聯合國（UN）憲章。

俄羅斯副外交部長賈奇洛夫（Gennady Gatilov）昨天在海牙參加一場會議。

俄羅斯外交部聲明引述賈奇洛夫會議上告訴聯合國秘書長潘基文（Ban Ki-moon）的話說：「部分國家表示計畫對敘利亞祭出軍事攻擊，形同公然挑戰聯合國憲章和其他國際法規範。」

根據聲明，賈奇洛夫告訴潘基文：「現階段有必要先讓聯合國專家調查完敘利亞可能動用化武一事，並把調查結果呈報聯合國安全理事會，讓政治和外交手段發揮最大作用。」（譯者：中央社盧映孜）
