　　知名手機遊戲廠商 Gameloft 今（29）日發布新聞稿，宣布旗下最成功的賽車遊戲系列新作《狂野飆車 8：急速凌雲》（Asphalt 8：Airborne）於推出後首日即登上 56 個國家 App Store 的 iPhone 銷售排行榜冠軍及 68 個國家 App Store 的 iPad 銷售排行榜冠軍，創下前所未有的銷售紀錄。同時，遊戲亦入選這一期的 App Store 編輯精選遊戲。


影音名稱 Asphalt 8: Airborne - Launch Trailer

　　Gameloft 表示，《狂野飆車 8：急速凌雲》在推出後深受玩家的讚賞，在大多數國家的 App Store 內都獲得 4.5～5 星的評價，亦備受媒體好評。PocketGamer.uk 給予 9/10 分及街機賽車遊戲「金獎」。Gamereactor.de 給予 10/10 分的高度評價，並讚譽「手機設備上真正的重量級作品，與家庭遊戲機的賽車遊戲相比毫不遜色」。標竿性的手機遊戲媒體 Touch Arcade 亦給予遊戲完美的滿分 5，該網站編輯並表示「這是必定要嘗試的一款優秀賽車遊戲」。


　　Gameloft 開發部高級副總裁 Julien Fournials 表示 ：「9 年來，我們一直熱誠投入於改進《狂野飆車》 系列。所有的開發團隊都全力以赴，製造了一種創新的遊戲體驗，加上令人興奮的圖形和技術。轟動登場的這款最新遊戲，為智能手機和平板電腦上的玩家定下了一個新的標準。」
