男子持K菸拒檢　衝撞警方判拘役20天

【蔡進男／基隆報導】1名余姓男子開車行經基隆源遠路時碰到警方臨檢，余男因身上藏有K菸所以拒絕受檢，並在開上暖暖交流道，在高速公路上奔馳逃逸，警方沿路鳴笛追緝，追了20多分鐘，余男才下五堵交流道，在中油公司儲油糟大門前，因無法過彎迴轉，被警方攔下；不料2警員下車盤查時，余男非但沒有下車，還倒車試圖衝撞警員，警方拔槍射穿前輪後，余男才停車受檢，檢方依妨害公務罪嫌起訴。

法院審理時，余男辯稱，去年12 月欲到金山訪友，因車內音樂很大聲，沒有聽到警笛聲，加上當天下大雨走錯交流道，要迴轉車輛時，就看到警車擋在旁邊，一度想倒車，但警方靠近後就停下來，否認逃逸及衝撞警員。但法官認為事証有確，判處余男拘役20天，可易科罰金。
