中信金控公布8月自結單月稅後盈餘為16.76億元，累計前8月合併稅後盈餘166.62億元，每股稅後盈餘（EPS）為1.18元，不過，對於傳出台壽保要出嫁，中信金受邀在第一輪出價，中信金則表示，純屬市場傳聞及臆測，不予評論。

中信金指出，8月份單月稅前盈餘為18億元，累計合併稅前盈餘為191.92億元，較去年同期成長18%，其中財富管理業務績效佳，存放業務動能強勁，整體獲利表現維持穩定水準。

至於中信金旗下子公司中信銀行8月合併逾放比0.42%，逾期放款覆蓋率233.71%（前列數字未含帳列擬出售之不良債權）；依金管會定義計算，銀行放款覆蓋率達1.01%，加計海外子行合併計算則為1.09%，維持穩健的資產品質與保障水準。
