【陳偉周／基隆報導】直接擊解巨石工程進入第3天，今天上午9時許，出動4輛怪手持續施工；基隆市政府工務處表示，因擔心敲擊巨石時產生的震動，導致巨石下方的碎石掉落發生危險，所以將在巨石外側另開1條S型施工便道，至巨石下方清理較零碎的石塊，待石塊清理完成，才會繼續敲擊巨石。
