「敢飛就提告」　被告恐嚇不起訴

【蔡進男／基隆報導】郭姓與崔姓2名飛行傘教練，在新北市萬里區飛行場地準備載客飛行時，遭業者劉姓男子阻止，並表示「這是我的場地，若敢飛行一定告你。」雙方便起口角，但是最後郭、崔仍照常飛行，劉男因而報警處理，郭、崔則不滿對劉男提出恐嚇、強制、偽造文書等5項罪狀。

檢方認為主要糾紛點在於，該飛行場地合法性認知問題，劉男向地主承租的範圍，有部份的確是在飛行教學場地內，劉男與郭、崔2人爭執只是為了自身合法利益，而鑑界空照圖也沒有作假情事，全案偵結，以不起訴處分。
