亞太預付卡，手機上網問題 ~20點

我現在使用亞太預付卡門號
最近買了智慧手機，想用LINE 以便工作時方便交代事項

(問題1)
預付卡門號 ，怎麼樣才能使用上網呢?

我只知道在WIFI熱點可以免費使用上網

(問題2)
也有人跟我說可以去直營門市申辦上網，1G不知道多少
用完再儲....但是沒跟我解釋太多，有大大能幫忙解釋的嗎?
申辦需要什麼證件 或是費用 條件等等?

或者是 有什麼上網預付卡能之類的能使用嗎?
